With multiple coating lines and methods, our manufacturing facility can produce a wide range of adhesive coatings, providing our customers with high quality products and reliable service.  We operate two 61” reverse and offset gravure coating lines and one 40” UV curable coating line.  These coaters give us the ability to adhesive coat face stocks from as narrow as 17.5″ up to 61″ wide.

Available in roll-to-roll form, our coaters are built to offer a wide array of pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA, self-adhesive, self-stick adhesive) papers and films in various weights and thicknesses.  We can coat films and paper from 0.5mil to over 10mils thick with a wide range of water-based acrylic adhesives to best suit your application.

Our adhesive coating capabilities feature aqueous based adhesives that are food safe (both direct and in-direct), blood bag compliant, freezer grade, BS5609 certified and more.

We also offer pattern coating of our adhesives.

  • We run standard patterns in machine direction with a minimum of 50% adhesive and a minimum void of ¼”.
